Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical projects with a focus on quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, construction management, and safety regulations. This position requires the ability to supervise a team of electricians while ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
Duties
- Oversee and work alongside a team of electricians on one of our high end electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Supervise and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting as needed.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating with other trades and contractors to ensure timely completion.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of electrical plans.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to contracts and specifications.
- Implement OSHA safety protocols on the construction site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports on progress, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical construction management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in budgeting for electrical projects and managing financial resources effectively.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Procore is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
