Commercial HVAC Technician
$28 to $38 per hour based on experience
Location: Winter Haven, FL
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Winter Haven, FL. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in AAON Systems and Roof Top Units with strong self-motivation and a passion for the HVAC trade. At least 4 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC and experience with refrigeration systems is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including AAON Systems and Roof Top Units
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration issues
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
- Ability to work both service or installation depending on demands
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of commercial HVAC experience
- Refrigeration knowledge/experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional and reliable work ethic
- Driver's License with a good driving record
- Drug-free workplace
