We are looking for 5 years minimum experience as an HVAC Lead Installer. EPA Card is required.

HVAC Lead Installer duties and responsibilities:
- The Lead Installer will be responsible for conducting job walks, creating material lists, outlining job scopes, designing duct layouts, installing new equipment, and performing system startups.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience with commercial installation.
- Any other degrees or training will be a bonus.
- Must possess sheet metal experience (installation, sealing, insulating, and creating retrofit duct designs).
- Electrical experience with running conduit, liquid tight, and pulling wire.

An Ideal Candidate will have:
- Commercial install experience
- Extensive high voltage experience
- Water source heat pump experience
- Some plumbing background/knowledge
Responsibilities include:
- Perform installation of heat pumps and other HVAC equipment following company policies and manufacturer’s specifications
- Perform copper installations including brazing and soldering
- EMT runs - pulling wire, bending and hanging conduit
- Perform gas line work
- Acquire and order necessary parts for installation.
- Receive equipment at the warehouse or jobsite
- Fill out digital paperwork
- Attend city inspections as required
