We are seeking a skilled and dependable plumber to join our team. The plumber will be
responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing
systems for our residential clients. You will work on plumbing systems including water
supply networks, waste and drainage systems, and heating and cooling piping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in
residential and commercial structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes,
drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
- Install and maintain water supply systems and waste disposal systems.
- Repair and replace malfunctioning plumbing systems and fixtures, including leaks
and clogs.
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and HVAC workers
to complete projects efficiently.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues to ensure compliance with safety
standards and building codes.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
- Advise clients on the best plumbing options based on project needs and budget
constraints.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Proven experience as a plumber (3 – 5 years of experience preferred).
Valid plumbing license required.
Proficient in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools and equipment.
Strong knowledge of water distribution and waste disposal systems.
Ability to work in confined spaces and comfortable with heights.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions:
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Physical stamina for handling heavy tools and materials, standing for extended periods,
and working in cramped or elevated locations.
Availability to work weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts as needed.
