About the Role:
Are you eager to kickstart a career in plumbing? SND Plumbing is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Plumbers. In this role, you will work alongside licensed plumbers, learning the trade and providing exceptional service to homeowners. Your mission is to master the skills needed to qualify as a licensed plumber within two years, while contributing to the success of the team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems and clear 100+ drains and generate $100k+ in drain repairs/repipes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed plumbers in diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems.
- Learn and execute best practices in the trade, ensuring all work meets safety and building code standards.
- Provide expert recommendations to homeowners as you build your knowledge and skills.
- Help maintain work vans, tools, and inventory for job preparedness.
- Collaborate with the team and engage in continuous training, improving your skills by 1% every day.

What You’ll Achieve:
12-Month Goals:
- Generate $100k+ in drain repairs/repipes and qualify for drain endorsement.
- Contribute to 50+ 5-star customer reviews and maintain a 4.9/5 satisfaction rating.
- Ensure all installations and repairs are safe and code-compliant, reflecting pride in your work.
- Help reduce licensed plumber time on jobs through material procurement and preparation.
- Pass monthly internal qualifications led by licensed plumbers.
90-Day Goals:
- Assist in completing and servicing an average of $10k in jobs per week.
- Learn and apply the Great Game of Business principles at SND Plumbing.
- Master truck stock and warehouse inventory management.
- Contribute to 30+ 5-star reviews through teamwork and dedication.
- Become proficient in Service Titan to assist with service documentation and recommendations.
