Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Start up Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. The technician will be responsible for ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Start up and commission new HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with manager to insure job preparation is complete.
- Assist technicians in the field to ensure work is being performed above industry standards.
- Order parts required to complete the job.
- Working knowledge of National building code.
- Give daily updates to manager of job progress.
- Flexible work hours.
- Lift up to 50 pounds
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems design, installation, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals relevant to HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is preferred but not required.

Pay: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour
