Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Electrician to join our team of professionals. As a Residential Electrician, you will be responsible for providing electrical services to our residential customers, ensuring the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced electrician to showcase their expertise and contribute to our team's success.

What we need done:

Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential properties.
Conduct electrical inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
Install and wire electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, and appliances.
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
Collaborate with customers to understand their electrical needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Estimate project costs and provide accurate time and materials estimates.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
Keep abreast of industry advancements and trends in electrical technologies.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Use engaging personality to establish customer rapport and trust in order to provide the best solutions and service.
Assist with training and mentoring apprentice electricians, as needed.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

Who we are looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Electrician license, journeyman preferred.
Proven experience as a Residential Electrician.
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and components.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
Engaging personality that blends well in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Highly motivated self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and expand knowledge to become a better electrician.
Competitive individual contributor who loves to win as a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to pass a drug and background check.
Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
