National Trailer Source is hiring General Managers in Willis, TX. We are seeking individuals with experience in leadership and sales. These individuals must have a strong work ethic, commitment to driving results, and driven to deliver excellence in customer experience.

Summary:
A National Trailer Source GM must be self-driven and understand the importance of Servant Leadership, Customer and Employee Relationships, and continually expanding their trade area and clientele.
Requirements:
- 3 years of management/business experience. (5 years preferred)
- 3 years of sales experience. (5 years preferred)
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- A great track record with customer satisfaction and organization skills.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driver record.
- Proficient with technology (Office Suite, DMS Software, Internet Sales).
- Knowledge of horse, livestock, utility, and cargo trailers is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales through both individual performance and sales team leadership.
- Leverage internet sales and social media platforms to increase store traffic and sales.
- Aggressively establish, protect, and grow the National Trailer Source Brand.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through training, development, and example.
- Oversee and support the Service & Parts departments.
- Maintain an understanding of current industry market trends.
- Provide effective feedback on inventory assortment and volume.
- Occasional travel to trade shows and regionally relevant events.
