This isn't your typical maintenance job! As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be at the helm of the entire maintenance operation. You'll lead from the front, managing a talented crew of technicians, coordinating major projects, and making strategic decisions that impact the comfort and safety of our residents.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of maintenance technicians, providing training, guidance, and hands-on support to keep the property in peak condition.
- Preventive Maintenance Mastermind: Develop and oversee preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems to prevent costly breakdowns and keep operations running smoothly.
- Fast & Effective Repairs: Handle day-to-day maintenance tasks, from quick repairs to complex diagnostics, ensuring minimal downtime and a top-tier resident experience.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for major repairs, renovations, and upgrades, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold all safety standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety codes, and foster a culture of safety among the team.
- Inventory & Budget Control: Manage the maintenance budget, track supply inventory, and source cost-effective solutions for equipment and supplies.

- Certifications: HVAC is a must. Electrical, or plumbing certifications are a plus!
