Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction plumbing and a strong understanding of mechanical systems. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and install plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Perform pipe threading and welding tasks as needed to ensure secure connections.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians to ensure integrated system functionality.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- 5+ years plumbing experience is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be licensed and certified.
- Willing to work flexible hours, as needed.
