As a COMMERCIAL HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. You will work with a variety of systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork and piping
- Perform system start-ups and testing
- Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure work is completed to code and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Complete job-related paperwork and reports
- Note: you will be working in a predominantly commercial environment. This entails new construction
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- understanding of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment
