HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic
We are seeking experienced Journeyman HVAC Sheet Metal Duct Mechanics / Installers for commercial construction projects in Houston, TX. Some jobsite require background checks for badging
The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 4 years of recent experience.
Basic Job Description:
- HVAC Sheet Metal Duct Mechanics will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing various types and sizes of ductwork [Sheet Metal and or Fiberglass] utilizing blueprints, and schematics.
- HVAC Mechanics will also be responsible for installing additional equipment related to heating and air-conditioning systems into commercial buildings.
Requirements:
- OSHA 10 is required on some jobsites
- Must have experience with installing HVAC Duct and related equipment in commercial buildings.
- Must have own hand tools required for the trade.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to work overtime if required.
- Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
- Must have proper ID (s) required for employment.
