Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.
Lead and motivate a diverse team, including woodworkers, HVACR technicians, and administrative staff.
Ensure all projects, from design through completion, meet the company’s high standards for quality and timeliness.
Develop and maintain efficient operational processes and procedures to drive productivity and quality.
Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring financial goals are met without compromising on quality.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure production aligns with client demand and expectations.
Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics, ensuring that projects remain on track and properly resourced.
Analyze and improve operational performance, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to support the growth and success of the team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role, ideally in a manufacturing or custom construction environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
Experience in woodworking, HVAC, or luxury custom projects is highly preferred.
Excellent project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple high-end projects simultaneously.
Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and profit analysis.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other relevant documents.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
