TITLE: HVAC TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER

VAD is currently seeking a HVAC Technical Service Manager for our North Carolina region.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to assist in troubleshooting, analyzing, and diagnosing HVAC products
- Conduct parts and service training with contractors and technicians
- Act as liaison between contractors and consumers
- Visit job sites to assist with troubleshooting and equipment analysis
- Function test and/or repair returned or damaged equipment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent attitude and commitment to superior customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with HVAC products, or ability to learn
