Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the restaurant team to achieve operational goals.
- Manage financial aspects, including inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment focused on teamwork and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
