Responsibilities:
- Pull parts for jobs and process paperwork efficiently
- Assist in basic site start-ups and troubleshooting
- Assist with building electrical troubleshooting and improvements
- Read paperwork or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials to be used in assembling products
- Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled, following blueprints, and/or work order
- Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners
- Modify parts as needed to complete assembly
- Safely operate forklift, tractors, or electric hoists to move product when necessary
- Test or assist in testing operation of completed product
- Follow safety guidelines and use all required personal protective equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping in assembly area
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fork-truck certified, a plus
- Proficient in cabinet wiring
- Proficient in Electrical Controls
- Proficient in FMR 20 installation
- Proficient in Hydro Rangers
- Proficient in basic wiring troubleshooting
- Ability to read and understand basic wiring drawings
- Proficient in PLC program loading and unloading
- Proficient in VFD and HMI configuration
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Attendance and punctuality are extremely important: able to consistently get to work on-time and work all scheduled hours
- Ability to lift to 75 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
