Pay
- $25.00-$34.00/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair system issues
- Clean, adjust, and repair systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
- Install system accessories such as thermostats, whole-house air purifiers, and start assist
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and warranty services as needed
- Identify maintenance risks on equipment
- Promote and offer system accessories and services that will help keep the systems in top working order
- Conduct performance tests and adjust systems settings accordingly
- Offer and promote the benefits system maintenance contracts to the homeowner
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment on the vehicles.

- HVAC Technician (EL06A in Washington, LEB in Oregon) with EPA Universal Certification
- Minimum of 10 years of previous HVAC Technician experience
- CFC universal qualification
- Ability to lift/move a minimum of 75 lbs
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools, meters, and hand-held electronic devices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have an insurable driving record
- Clean driving record
- Successful completion of a clean background check
- Clear drug screen result
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
