KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Job Safety: Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- N.E.C Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong understanding of and application of the National Electrical Code in daily tasks.
- Raceway Installation: Proficiently install rigid, EMT, and PVC raceways to accommodate electrical wiring.
- Switchboards and Panel Boards: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot switchboards and panel boards as required.
- Electrical Equipment Installation: Install a variety of electrical equipment, ranging from Variable Frequency Drives (V.F. D's) to motors.
- Controller and Timer Experience: Demonstrate experience working with several types of controllers and timers in electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting and Diagnosis: Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues across a voltage range from 24V to 480V.
- Conduit Fills and Ampacities: Calculate conduit fills and ampacities to ensure compliance with electrical codes.
- Heavy Machinery Operation: Operate heavy machinery and power tools as necessary for installation and maintenance tasks.
- Maintenance Work: Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment to ensure functionality and longevity.
- Performs work under direct supervision.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

- Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program.
- A valid electrician's license in the state of Nevada.
- Commercial Electrical Experience: Possess at least 2 years of experience in commercial electrical work, showing a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Must be approved by the Nevada Cannabis Control Board to receive and maintain a current registered Agent Card (Production and Cultivation).
- Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday.
- Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
