Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance of HVAC systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions
- Test HVAC systems using specialized tools like ohmmeters and voltmeters
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
Experience
Min 4 Yrs experience required
- Prior experience in property maintenance with a focus on HVAC systems
- Proficiency in air conditioning installation and repair
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for HVAC systems
- Experience with welding and plumbing is a plus
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and components
- Valid driver's license for operating company vans
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Year round work
