Tidal Mechanical LLC is actively seeking a driven Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing, installing, and maintaining HVAC equipment in residential & commercial settings.

As an HVAC Technician, your responsibilities will include driving to service calls, interacting with customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of their heating and air conditioning systems. Your technical proficiency will be demonstrated through troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC equipment issues, performing repairs, and executing installations of new equipment when required.
You will be provided with a company van located in Ontario, CA to drive to job sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily service calls in residential and commercial sectors.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and mechanical systems of various sizes, including large package units, refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, heating units, heat pumps, intake and exhaust fans, furnaces, water source systems, burners, and others.
- Generate handwritten invoices for customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC and Refrigeration Technician in commercial and residential settings.
- Active EPA Certification.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs., climb and balance on a ladder, and work at elevated/high locations.
- Candidate to have basic hand tools and basic gauges. (Other tools and equipment will be provided).
- Ability to operate as a van driver for service calls
Compensation: $240 – $280 Day Rate, depending upon experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
