A Commercial Plumbing Company on the North Side of San Antonio is seeking a Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, specifically in the plumbing sector, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful projects. Experience with school project management is a plus. At least 2 years of Plumbing Project Management experience is REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Utilize project management software for scheduling and tracking
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong experience in commercial construction projects
- At least 2 years of commercial plumbing project management experience
-Experience in School Project Management is a plus
-Proficiency in project management tools
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve issues effectively
-High School or Equivalent
-Valid Drivers License
-Must pass Background and Drug Screen
