**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Contractor License to join our team (License A or A+B). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing other technicians installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
**Responsibilities:**
- Design, build, and maintain HVAC systems
- Install and plumb HVAC components
- Perform appliance repair as needed
- Conduct equipment repair and service
- Utilize ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical systems
- Drive company van to job sites for service calls
- Provide property maintenance support as required
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an HVAC Master Technician or similar role
- Certification as a Contractor Licensed Technician preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment efficiently
- Van driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $33.00 - $39.00 per hour
