PRIMARY FUNCTION:
We are searching for a Plumber Helper who will assist in the installation of large-scale commercial plumbing systems and their associated components.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Assist plumber in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
- Carry tools and materials to job site
- Measure and cut pipes to required lengths
- Assemble and install pipes and fittings
- Assist in testing plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
- Clean up job site after work is completed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid TX Driver’s License
- 2+ years of related experience
- Able to regularly lift 75 pounds
- Commercial, multifamily, retail, industrial and/or medical construction experience desirable
