Summary: General maintenance to include: air conditioning, electric, appliances, plumbing, and preventative repairs to units, buildings, and grounds. Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise in HVAC systems, including design, refrigeration, and air conditioning, to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to air conditioning systems.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient field service operations.
- Assist in plumbing and building activities as needed.
Experience:
- Prior experience in HVAC systems, with a focus on air conditioning.
- Proficiency in HVAC design, refrigeration techniques, and boiler operations.
- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures.
- Hands-on experience in field service operations.
- Ability to interpret schematics accurately.
- Must provide your own tools that are required to conduct job effectively (i.e. hand tools, Volt-Ohm meter, charging gauges, and service wrench).
