Paradigm Plumbing, Heating & A/C, is looking for a best in class HVAC Technician in the local market to join our service team! This position works Monday through Friday with rotating weekends as needed. Our experienced HVAC Technicians are provided with take-home vehicles stocked with company provided tools, parts, & paid uniforms. Paradigm also provides continuing education, and apprentices receive a company issued tablet.
**Our specialty is residential and light commercial, with a steady workload between Nashua and Franklin areas.**

Essential Job Requirements
- Gas Service License preferred but not required
- Experience with residential HVAC systems
- Know how to establish customer rapport to meet customer expectations with the right products and services.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options for their homes.
- Understand your profitability criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding profitability goals.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Work alongside production team members to ensure overall success of the business.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.
Education/Experience
· Minimum 3 years’ experience
· High school diploma or equivalent required
