DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Construction Phase activities:
- Schedule sub-contractors to the job site in accordance with the Special Work Orders.
- Assist Superintendent with pre-construction site inspection with customer’s representative and generate Existing Conditions Report.
- Communicate with Superintendent on construction progress and any problems or issues that are encountered.
- Daily Field Reports.
- Submit RFI’s as needed to the Project Manager for prompt processing
- Understand the Change order process (no work against change orders should occur before the Project Manager notifies the Field Superintendent that an approved and signed Change Order is in effect).
- Conduct “75% completion” walk through with Project Manager and generate Non-Conformance List. Correct all non-conforming items from list.
- Project Completion and Closeout activities:
- Conduct “Pre-walk” inspection with customer’s representative and Project Manager, generate Punch List and obtain customer sign-off.
- Manage completion of all Punch List items as soon as possible.
- Conduct Punch List completion inspection with customer’s representative and obtain customer sign-off (Project Manager may also participate).
- Demobilization – All remaining materials, tools, and equipment removed from the site and transported to the Coppera, LLC warehouse.
- Participate in Lessons Learned (Post Mortem) meeting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44.00 - $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
