We are seeking an Entry Level Account Associate to immerse in the communications world of mobility, broadband, and all things wireless based within our company.
We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking, and passionate Account Associate who will be responsible for all aspects of our client and customer service departments. The Entry Level Account Associate will be a part of our diverse and professional client management and sales team helping expand in the local market. Our Entry Level Account Associates will be cross functionally trained in sales and profit-marketing to be at the forefront of working exclusively with our client’s customers on a daily basis. The Entry Level Account Associate will provide exceptional customer service and sales solutions based on products and services offered and current market preferences.
Entry Level Account Associate Responsibilities:
- As an Entry Level Account Associate and an Authorized Dealer with AT&T, you will be responsible for working exclusively with new and existing customers to manage their sales accounts and promote new services available to them locally
- Collaborate with customers to serve their desired needs on products that would best suit their current requirements
- Exceed all standards of the client. customer service and sales department by handling all customer questions and providing thoroughly detailed information on products and services
- Secure agreements with key decision makers to grow our client’s customer base and increase ROI generated for the company
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience by building exceptional rapport and assisting with communication following the sales process
- Assist other departments and Entry Level Account Associates in order to expand customer base, client territory, and personal skill development
Entry Level Account Associate Qualifications:
- Prior working experience in customer service, sales client-facing, or consumer engagement role is preferred - demonstrated leadership roles is a bonus
- Background working in a team setting that collaborates to reach company goals
- Interested in diving deeper in the world of technology to develop superior systems and resources
- Organization skills to resourcefully work efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including but not limited to nights and weekends
- Experience working with customers directly, being a part of events and local outreach but not required

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
