Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems. This role requires excellent customer service, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing inspections, diagnostics, and repairs for residential properties.
- Work closely with home warranty companies to evaluate and process warranty claims.
- Install and repair plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, pipes, and other components.
- Identify and resolve issues such as leaks, clogs, or water pressure problems.
- Provide accurate cost estimates for labor, parts, and repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of work completed, including photos and reports for warranty documentation.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, providing clear explanations of repairs and costs.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring all tools and materials are stocked and ready for use.
- Collaborate with team members and management to provide timely and efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience, preferably in residential service.
- Prior experience working with home warranty companies is required.
- Valid plumbing license or certification as required by the state preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls in a day.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in tight spaces, and perform manual labor.

Pay: $25.74 - $27.89 per hour
