As the HVAC Install Field Manager will oversee the field operations of our HVAC installation teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, leadership, safety procedures and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HVAC Install Teams: Supervise and support installation teams on-site, ensuring work is performed according to specifications and company standards.
- Project Oversight: Plan and coordinate installation schedules, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining safety and quality.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections of work performed, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Communication: Act as the point of contact for customers during installations, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Inventory & Equipment Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure all necessary tools and materials are available for installations.
- Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce adherence to safety policies and procedures on all job sites.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and relevant codes and standards.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- NATE Certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
