We are looking for an EXPERIENCED HVAC Installer to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks and warranty work to ensure the efficient and safe operation of HVAC systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions, then performing the appropriate HVAC system repairs
- Recharging refrigerant levels, checking for leaks, and ensuring the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly in air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Performing energy-efficiency upgrades, like installing smart thermostats
- Explaining maintenance procedures to customers and providing recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in HVAC (Required)
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams (Required)
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience working in the residential field
Requirements:
- Must have clean driving records and pass background check
- Must have a flexible schedule and able to work some nights and weekends
- Minimum of 5 years experience being a HVAC Technician
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
