What Would You Do:
· : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the legal sector. This includes prospecting potential clients, conducting cold outreach, and networking at industry events to generate leads.
· : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about our services.
· : Take a consultative approach to sales, understanding the unique needs and challenges of each client. Recommend appropriate legal solutions and tailor proposals to address specific client objectives.
· : Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity. Use market insights to identify opportunities for growth and inform strategic decision-making.
· : Collaborate closely with internal teams, including attorneys, marketing, and operations, to deliver exceptional client service and support business objectives.
· : Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
· : Continuously seek ways to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency. Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
What We Need From You:
· Associate degree in business or related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
· Demonstrated interest in consultative solutions selling.
· Proven success utilizing consultative sales approaches, especially over the phone.
· Strong track record in closing customers.
· Independent self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, thriving in a rapidly changing environment.
· Proactive attitude with great follow-through and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, blending personability with persistence.
· Knowledge of the legal industry is advantageous.
· Real-life experience providing empathy and understanding is valued.
· Previous legal experience preferred.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
· Familiarity with CRM and case management systems is beneficial.
· Sales or customer service experience is highly desirable.
