HVAC & Refrigeration Technician Service Manager (Northern Indiana)
Well established 33 year old refrigeration construction and service company is accepting resumes for HVAC & Refrigeration Service Manager. We offer a very high pay rate with great benefits including late model take home service truck, expense account , health insurance, up to one month annual paid vacation per year.
In this initial assignment successful applicant will manage small service department and assist in the management of a large cold storage projects. Successful applicant will be dispatched to assist with work orders repairing commercial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
As ICC management you will be treated as a professional, as we do no residential service you will not be required to enter a stranger's house and wear the booties. You will not be expected to sell unnecessary services or equipment. You will no longer be listening to customer's complaints as you prepare invoices and wait around to collect money. You will receive the best wages and benefits in the area for your professional technician services.
Must have great driving record, pass background check with no felonies and pass drug screening. Due to insurance restrictions must be Indiana resident with Indiana drivers license.

Saturday to Friday pay period. Our typical work week is 46 - 54 hours.
Starting time will normally be from 06:00 - 07:00 each day. May work evening and night hours. ICC technicians share On-Call by the week
This is salaried position with a starting salary of $125,000 per year for experienced applicant.
Paid weekly by Direct Deposit.

Group Anthem family health and AFLAC insurance. Company pays 70% and the employee pays 30%. Insurance companies require a 90 day waiting period.
Must live in Central or Northern Indiana Illinois Areas
