Responsibilities:
- Payroll
- Financials
- AP and AR
- Months end reconciliation
- New Hire Paperwork
- Coordinating HR duties through our ADP account
Experience:
- Reports, data
- QuickBooks Online
- Payment rec’s
- Receipt tracking and updated/connecting to work QuickBooks
- P&L review (balance sheet and Cash Flows a plus)
- Inventory management is a huge plus
