Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- Install/repair/replace various systems: Commercial and Industrial Chiller and Boiler systems
- Diagnosing, Servicing, and repairing commercial HVAC Equipment
- Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures.
- Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
- Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
Commercial HVAC Technician Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC Service & repair experience
- Commercial HVAC experience required
- Journeyman license preferred
- Install Experience Preferred
- Diagnostic/Troubleshooting Experience Preferred
- Electrical Experience Preferred
- Chiller and/or Boiler experience required
- New construction service experience required
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Collaboration and teamwork with peers
