HVAC FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR- Residential
Location: Sandston, VA
Sobieski Services, Inc of Sandston, VA is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Field Service Supervisor to supports a team of field staff that performs routine startups, warranty, and services. This supervisor will delegate work assignments to the field service staff and support them in providing excellent client service. The Supervisor makes certain that the field staff is set up for success with proper tools and training and assigns work based on skill level and provides support to ensure that the service is completed on time, resulting in customer satisfaction and retention. This person would also help train HVAC Helpers/Apprentices.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL HVAC FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HVAC service experience required.
- Must have strong technical ability.
- Individual must be able to interact and develop relationships with all departments, customers, and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in use of MS-Office products, including Word and Excel
- Previous safety and/or hazmat training a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work on a flexible work schedule.
- Dynamic and passionate with a strong teamwork mentality
