About the Role
Job Type: Full-Time
Minimum Years of Experience Required: Previous Sales Experience preferred within the HVAC industry.
Must be Authorized to Work in the US. The Outside Sales Representative role is responsible for selling, marketing, promoting, and managing residential and commercial customer accounts. Prospect for new customer accounts, follow-up on sales leads, and maintain strong relationships.
General Description

- Short-term planning and long-term goal setting
- Practice consultative selling techniques with the ability to quickly absorb and disseminate new product information
- Visit customer job sites, businesses, and more
- Document and notate daily activities with company provided CRM
- Develop, plan, and organize personal strategies to achieve company set goals
Work Experience Requirements
- Previous sales experience in residential, multi-family, commercial contractors preferred
- Represent the company in a positive, prepared, and respectful manner
- Energetic and self-motivator
- Not afraid of rejection
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
