This position will inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems as well as educate and assist customers in choosing products and services to enhance their HVAC system.

Essential Duties:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems.
Educate and assist customers in choosing products, repairs, and services to enhance their HVAC system.
Attend and participate in all required meetings and trainings to continue development of interpersonal and technical skills.
Follow scripting to provide a consistent experience.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

CUSTOMER ORIENTED/PERSONABLE – Possess pleasant composure, personality, and manner. Tech's approach to sales and customer relationships in which the staff focuses on helping customers to meet their short-term as well as long-term needs and wants.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES – Possess a valid driver's license. Possess EPA Certification or able to obtain
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE— Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. 1 year or more of experience
