Depending on experience, this role can make at least $35 - $50 an hour. High performers have made anywhere from $80,000 to $150,000 in total compensation.

Deep technical, HVAC knowledge, with a focus on the residential sector.
Relevant state licenses and certifications.
Expert knowledge of safety regulations and local codes.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Fluency in English.
What Will You Do?
First off, you will commit to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Always.
This role will be focused on Residential Service, playing a critical role in responding to service and repair calls. This will include the most complex of jobs. You will:
Diagnose and resolve issues, while building strong relationships with our customers.
Identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns/callbacks.
Explain multiple options to the client, keeping them updated with each service performed.
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options (quality and financial value) and servicing agreements.
Understand your service metrics and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions - All Trades and Warehouse Departments
To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces. You will regularly lift 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
