We are looking for service technicians that enjoy delighting our customers by diagnosing and repairing equipment, with no high-pressure sale requirement.

We are seeking technicians that are reliable and self-motivated along with a minimum of 5 years of residential and/or commercial HVAC Service Technician experience. Technicians must be EPA Certified, and be NATE Certified

A HVAC Service Technicians primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Identifying and correcting HVAC problems in the areas of residential and light commercial applications.
- Diagnose and make repairs or completes installations that meet or exceed company standards.
- Communicates well with clients in order to provide world class customer service.
- Communicates with customer and office staff clearly and in a respectful manner.
- Completes paperwork in accurate and timely manner, including pictures of jobs sites, timecards, and history of jobs
- Technicians are expected to be knowledgeable and work well with helpers on the jobs.

Our requirements are:
- Qualify to drive a company vehicle
