Qualifications

- 2+ years of HVAC commercial service and sales experience
- Relevant technical experience
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
Sales Account Manager Job Description
- Develop relationships with potential customers.
- Provide proposals and sales presentations.
- Research and seek out prospective projects through different modalities.
- Coordinate with the business development manager, project managers, and engineering supervisors to review and improve commercial account programs.
- Analyze and problem-solve to maximize sales growth and profitability.
- Create, write, and review client proposal documents.
Salary: $105,000 + commission
