We are an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration company looking to grow it's team. We are currently hiring for multiple positions. We work on light commercial and residential properties. Pay dependent on experience and open.
We are holding interviews for experienced service technicians and installers at our office in Davie = Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm at 3701 SW 47TH AVE STE 101 DAVIE FL 33314. We will have manager onsite to interview.

We are currently looking to hire :
- Experienced Lead Commercial Refrigeration Technician ( min 5 yr experience )
- Experienced Lead AC Service Technician ( min 5 yr experience )
- Experienced Lead AC & duct Installers ( min 5 yrs experience )
All hires must have current experience, pass background & drug test, have valid Florida drivers license

Job Responsibilities -
- For Refrigeration techs, Repair and maintain Refrigeration equipment such as walk-in coolers - walk-in freezers, ice machines, prep table, coolers, etc.
- For AC techs, repair and maintain ac Split systems, package units, heat pumps, pancakes, mini splits.
- For AC Installers, install split systems, package units, heat pump, pancake and mini splits.
- Maintain proper tools, safety equipment, parts, and stock in the company vehicle
- Understand company pricing and generate appropriate customer invoices, including electronically processing credit card payments at the job site.
- Coordinate with dispatch by traveling to service area job sites to maintain the schedule and communicate delays promptly to the customer.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Min. of 5 yrs experience - no apprentice/helpers at this time
- Valid Florida drivers license
- Pass background and drug testing
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in teams and independently
