Job Location: Austin, TX
Job Salary: $30-35/hr
Requirements: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Property Maintenance
We are a rapidly growing real estate investment firm that is based in Austin and our growing high-quality portfolio of local properties requires the addition of a Maintenance Supervisor to our team. This particular position will be focused on student housing locations in the Austin area, with more areas potentially coming under your supervision in the future.
- Work with Property Management to ensure the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and the overall property.
- Scheduling of work orders and creation of a preventative maintenance program.
- Managing vendors and purchasing necessary materials for maintenance orders.
- Ensuring proper documentation is completed and cataloged.
- Creating maintenance standards, training materials, and any other necessary documentation.
