$37.00/hour
Candidates Must Be Able To Work the Following Shifts, Monday-Saturday:
1st Shift - 7:00am - 3:00pm
2nd Shift - 3:00pm - 11:00pm
3rd Shift - 11:00pm - 7:00am

The Job You Will Perform:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Understand industrial automation and controls
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to determine the layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Experience working with 12-24VDC, 120-480VAC systems
- Work on and installed Motors and VFD's, 30HP - 800HP
- Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment for defects, malfunctions, and safety hazards
- Selects, installs, and pulls wiring to required equipment locations, making connections, testing circuitry, and performing related installation processes
- Basic understanding of PLC and HMI operation
- Basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and in groups
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as mechanics/technicians, to complete projects requiring multiple skill sets
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced team environment, and work within deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, and cleanup work areas as part of completing assigned tasks
- Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork
- Trouble-shoot and solve problems
- Self-motivated, able to follow through to completion with assigned responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Current Journeyman Electrician License for the state of Texas or actively participating in an electrical apprenticeship program (Required)
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role
- Electrical Aptitude
- Troubleshooting Expertise
- Mechanical knowledge and experience
- Must be able to pass an advanced industrial skills and instrumentation/electrician knowledge test prior to interview process
