As a ContractorService Technician, you'll play a crucial role in guiding our team in diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining heat and air systems. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heating, and air conditioning systems.
- Troubleshoot and train others to system issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
- Lead and collaborate with our team to ensure timely service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
- Educate clients on system operation, energy efficiency, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist with system installations where needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and work performed.
- Uphold safety standards and adhere to company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
