Commercial HVAC Service Technician

We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to provide repairs and maintenance on residential air conditioning systems and furnaces.

Responsibilities:

Understand the sequence of operation for heating equipment and refrigeration cycle.
Repair and maintain thermostats, air filters, blower fans, belts, and bearings.
Troubleshoots, diagnose, and repair various makes and models of HVAC equipment air conditioning maintenance and furnace troubleshooting.
Communicate well with all customers and provide recommendations.
Maintain personal tools according to company guidelines.
Have a commitment to high-level customer service.
Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Commercial HVAC Service.
EPA Certificate.
Applicants must have a current driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record, must be insurable to drive to and from assigned jobs.
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
The physical ability to bend, squat, kneel, grasp, manipulate hand and power tools.
Ability to complete a pre-employment background screen.
