We are a small, growth oriented HVAC business serving the Portland Metro area providing residential and commercial HVAC services. The General Manager is responsible for leadership, management, and performance of the business.
We are seeking candidates that are growth oriented and understand the importance of customer development and satisfaction, and who is highly motivated to succeed. The role is responsible for the operational functions of the business, such as pricing, inventory, safety, customer service, hiring, training, and labor control. This person must work cohesively with team members and other management personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5+ years of heating and air conditioning experience
· 5+ years of management or leadership experience
· Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
· High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
