We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple RV Resorts across California. In this role, you will lead and support Resort Managers at each location, ensuring that all resorts deliver top-notch customer service and operate smoothly. You will also be involved in strategic planning, budget management, and operational oversight.
Additionally, we are looking for a Resort Manager to handle the daily operations of one of our individual California Resorts. The Resort Manager will be a polished, enthusiastic individual who provides exceptional customer service and manages all aspects of the park, including guest services, maintenance, and budget adherence.

Qualifications that we are looking for:
- 2 years of management experience in RV park operations, hospitality management, RV sales, business ownership or management, or a Military background that includes management experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with experience working in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment.
- Proficiency in budget management.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, operate equipment, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Intermediate computer proficiency including email, internet and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the mechanics of the resort is a plus, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Pool, Outdoor amenities.
- Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new guests and promote the resort
- Successfully Manage the inventory of available rental lots and the ability move reservations around to increase the daily occupancy and revenue
