Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is looking to hire a Branch General Manager for our growing business!
The purpose of the Branch General Manager role is to oversee and manage the overall success of the branch office. Maintain a strong client focus while driving employee engagement in a rapidly changing, competitive market. Responsibilities include directing, planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling business activities and functions to achieve revenue goals and objectives. Effectively utilize Manpower to increase business, manage workload and job costs, and achieve production and margin objectives. Promote client satisfaction through high quality service, and safety and continuous improvement through training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and develop operational plans to achieve operational budget and growth goals for profit.
- Responsible for profit and loss related activities in the branch location.
- Develop an operational budget to accomplish business objectives and control departmental expenditures.
- Develop sales growth forecasts for market mix and profitability.
- Participate in sales generation by seeking new business.
- Establish, maintain, and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures for the branch.
- Remain current on economic, regulatory, and competitive market environments which may affect the business location.
- Oversee all safety reporting and minimize legal liability for the branch location.
- Review financial reports, monthly bonuses, and labor rates for all departments.
- Monitor daily maintenance of expenses and service levels; review and approve invoices and other expenses.
- Maintain operational statistics to include calls, daily sales, technician tracking, vehicle maintenance, etc.
- Review client satisfaction/issues daily and resolve any issues same day.
- Assist in the development of marketing plans to generate business in service area.
- Conduct field and vehicle inspections, perform ride-along with technicians.

- Ensure warranty paperwork and invoices are properly processed.
- Conduct weekly meetings to ensure continuity exists among team members, and annual goals are being met or exceeded.
- Participate in regularly scheduled conference calls with other Branch General Managers and attend in-person management meetings as necessary.
- Ensure all job permitting is complete according to standards and that advertising is done in adherence to company guidelines.
- Manage and develop team members to include hiring, terminating, discipline and documentation, work priorities, training, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments to ensure effective operations.
- Assist with collections of unpaid accounts receivables.
- Participate in all company sponsored training classes.
- Always maintain a courteous demeanor with clients and associates
- Abide by all standards of performance and ethics.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in branch management or a similar leadership role.
- Experience with a fast growing start-up company is highly desired.
- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving profit goals.
- Strong leadership and management abilities with experience in hiring, terminating, disciplining, and developing team members.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively direct work assignments, set work priorities, and evaluate performance.
- Proficient in developing and managing operational budgets.
- Experience with profit and loss analysis and activities related to financial management.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational plans to achieve budget and growth goals.
- Experience in generating sales and seeking new business opportunities.
- Capable of developing sales growth forecasts and market mix strategies.
- Ability to oversee and manage various business activities, ensuring coordination and control to achieve revenue goals.
