iSolar is looking to fulfill a roll for an Apprentice Electrician doing Solar Panel Installs and Residential Electrical Services in the Twin Cities. We are looking to expand our team of Residential and Solar Electricians who are dependable and have the ability to troubleshoot and retain knowledge from on-site training. Previous roofing experience required. Safety should be of the highest priority. Day to Day Job Duties:
Work with a team to layout and install roof mounts, rail, microinverters/optimizers and panels. Help in troubleshooting existing systems. Keep work space clean and organized. Ability to work late as needed. We typically work 4 full days a week and Friday is a shorter a shop/prep day for the upcoming week. Work with Journeymen and Master Electricians from time to time doing other projects such as Main Service Panel Upgrades, Meter Socket and EV Charger Installs.
- Company will provide specialty and power tools
- Company will provide Fall Protection and Cougar Paws for working on roofs
- Company utilizes a lift when possible to help ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Employees provide their own hand tools and a tool belt
- Previous Electrical experience required
- Previous Roof work experience required
- Express good organizational skills
- Be punctual to all scheduled jobs or service calls
- Work well with others
- Be able to talk to Customers about their projects and identify other issues within customers homes.
- Have good written and verbal communication
- Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs panels
- Troubleshoot and communicate issues that arise on the site
- Most importantly ensure a good experience for the customer

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
