Overview:
I am working with a fast-paced electronics manufacturing company in Croydon, PA who are looking for a Maintenance Manage with industrial / manufacturing experience. In this role, you will oversee a team of 5-10 individuals responsible for all maintenance and janitorial tasks across multiple buildings. You'll also be hands-on and involved in the day-to-day maintenance operations. If you have strong maintenance and leadership experience, apply below!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 5-10 maintenance and janitorial staff across multiple industrial buildings.
- Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment and building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct general repairs, pest control, and upkeep tasks (landscaping, painting, carpentry).
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Assist with budget preparation and adherence.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in using maintenance tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical ability to perform demanding tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications (CMRP, HVAC, electrical, etc.) preferred.
